Roasting Plant Coffee
According to Serious Eats, this was determined to be the best chocolate chip cookie in New York City, so naturally we had to try it! I didn’t try nearly as many cookies as the staff at Serious Eats, but I would venture to say this was definitely a contender – not cloyingly sweet, slightly crispy and chewy at the same time. The dough actually comes from Tom Cat Bakery, which provides other establishments with the same cookies, but only Roasting Plant bakes them on their premises.
