After all the buzz about the breakfast pizza I was looking forward to the Frutta pizza with roasted pears and pecorino, but I was to be denied, as my friend and I arrived at 11:30am, halfway between breakfast and lunch – no more breakfast pizzas, and a limited pre-lunch menu. My friend ordered this white cheese pizza, which I liked better than my margherita pizza – I couldn’t taste the basil at all and it was too burnt for me. I’d go back to try that Frutta pizza, but otherwise I’d probably pass…
