Lobster Roll
The second-best lobster roll I’ve ever had (after Neptune Oyster in Boston), at the Hester Street Fair. They have a brick-and-mortar in the East Village, and a second location on the Upper East Side as of 5/27/2010! I don’t like lobster rolls with mayo dressing – this one may have had a mayo dressing but it was VERY very light. The big star was the lobster, and that’s as it should be. It was amazingly flavorful and tender – not rubbery or chewy at all. Highly recommend!
