Crispy Sweetbreads, Tomato, Scallion, Garlic, Olive, Lemon Yogurt
The first full-service Greek restaurant I’ve been to, and it was a delicious introduction! There were lots of tasty things on the menu – we started off with this crispy sweetbread appetizer, which were probably the best version I’ve had (granted, I’ve only had three.) The condiments (tomato, scallions, lemon yogurt, etc.) were really flavorful.
