Shrimp Dumplings with Spring Onions
I first searched out this restaurant 10 years ago when I saw a picture of its “famous” heart-shaped mango pudding in a Food Guide at the Hong Kong airport. (I’m pretty much a sucker for anything with mango.) I was determined to find it again when I stopped in Hong Kong in 2008 for a couple days and was not disappointed. I had these deliciously plump shrimp dumplings and topped it off with that heart-shaped mango pudding – I’m glad some things never change…
