Salmon Nigiri
This salmon nigiri was the best item we had for lunch – it was very fresh and had a silken texture. All the raw items were excellent, but I’d skip the cooked Japanese dishes. Next time I’d like to sit at the counter – my sister and I eyed some very tasty-looking dishes being passed from the sushi chef to one of the patrons.
