Spinach and Eggplant Curry Doria
I hadn’t had doria since I lived in Japan, so when I saw it on the menu I had to try it. Doria is a baked Japanese-style rice gratin with white sauce and some cheese. They used a bit more bechamel sauce than I was used to, but the curry flavor was still excellent. If you like creamy food, this will be right up your alley.
