Sweet Potato Fries
Excellent sweet potato fries my sister and I shared to accompany our porchetta sandwiches from RoliRoti. They had a nice texture and a deep sweet potato flavor – not greasy or dry or mealy. They even held up well after an hour. It’s rare for fries to taste good cold, but these were still delicious.
