This is my second post on Neptune Oyster – the first time I posted about their incredible lobster roll. This time, I unfortunately wasn’t as impressed by the lobster roll (it was impressive in size, but lacked that fresh, lobster flavor), but this small Kumamoto oyster was the best raw oyster I’ve ever had. Granted, I haven’t had too many raw oysters in my life, but this little guy has set a high standard. I didn’t dress it with any sauces, and it was just as it was described – small, sweet, plump, creamy, with a hint of honeydew melon. Delicious!
